Florence: Success for the 2022 edition of the Taste food and wine review held at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence in recent days. Many companies and sector operators who for three days brought to the attention of the public and the media the delicacies from all over Italy, many novelties and excellences with particular attention to sustainability and quality.
Wandering through the more than 450 stands of the exhibition it was possible to find products of all kinds from the most particular cheeses, from niche productions such as deep-sea trout and sausages of all kinds, passing naturally from an offer of desserts, all the realities that they have a story behind to tell, whether it is family or business, it does not matter, the important thing is the taste and the narration behind it.
Among these also many Pistoia companies that have seized the opportunity of an international showcase, which thanks to the presence of many experts in the sector have been able to make their company known to the general public by finding opportunities and fundamental contacts for their future.
The Pistoia companies involved in the “TASTE” were: Fratelli Lunardi (Quarrata), Pasticceria Mearini (Quarrata), Caffè Moka J Enne (Pistoia), Savigni agricultural butcher (Pavana), Pastificio Chelucci (Pistoia), Antico Forno Santi (Pistoia) , Desideri family (Montecatini), Mati Dolci e Biscotti (Lamporecchio).
