The manager, who already offers healthcare and hotel real estate, benefits from an unparalleled situation. Thus, the Quai Saint-Pierre will be the subject of three buildingstotaling more than 4,500 square meters of surface. Connected to each other, the buildings will carry within them 89 apartments, 43 parking spaces and more than 700 square meters of common areas. Among the services available are a swimming pool, a restaurant, a gym, a library, terraces and even gardens, etc., at the foot of the Garonne. Delivery of the new LaSalle purchase is scheduled for second quarter of 2024.
