Toulouse: a night team from the canine brigade prevents a teenager from being sequestered in a squat
An unaccompanied minor tried to force a 17-year-old girl into a seedy squat near Toulouse train station. She was rescued from this bad situation by the intervention of a night team from the canine squad.
A teenager owes a proud candle to the Toulouse police. No one knew what would have been the fate of this young girl if the officials had not intervened to get her out of a very bad situation.
The date back to March 24. It is a few minutes past midnight. The teenager in question is near the Marengo metro exit in the station district. A young man approaches her and begins to talk to her. As she refuses to say “hello” to him, he steals her cap and runs away in the direction of the Avenue de Lyon. With a friend, the young woman runs after the thief to recover her property. When she comes up to the thief, he makes her worse and tries to force her into a particularly infamous squat.
The teenager’s boyfriend tries to hold her back but fails. Alerted by the noise, a night team from the canine brigade instantly went to the scene and brought the young girl to safety. His attacker, who turns out to be an unaccompanied minor, is arrested for theft with violence. He was then placed in police custody pending possible legal action.
