Taste, an event promoted by Pitti Immagine, brings together the excellence of Italian gastronomy in three days of tasting, events and presentations.
The lard from Antica Larderia Mafalda, in Colonnata since 1928, will make a fine show of itself and will acquaint visitors from all over the world with the products of this ancient reality in Colonnata.
Among the new entries of this 2022 stands the Biscottificio Piemonte of the Dogliani family, which since the 1950s has delighted us with sweets, panettone and doves made with the original mother yeast, yeast that Franco Dogliani still renews every day with love today. patience and competence and which guarantees the scent and fragrance of the biscuit factory’s products. At the Biscottificio stand will be presented leavened pastries such as panettone, colombe and sweet focaccias and the specialties of master pastry chefs such as babà and Tuscan Igp cantuccini. “Thanks to the presence of Italian and foreign customers and buyers, the Taste is an important appointment for those who want to explore new opportunities to expand their market, we will present our flagship products, our uniqueness” explain the Dogliani, who over the course of years have worked to make the company grow steadily. 450 exhibiting companies are on show, of which 120 are new entrants.
