The exhibition “With the impetus of Akathektos” is presented for the first time in Thessaloniki. The exhibition is organized by the Association “Paralos” under the auspices of the Municipality of Thessaloniki, at the Glass Pavilion of the Municipality in the garden of sculptures.

The mobile photo exhibition of the Navy History Service presents briefly but also comprehensively, the main points of the glorious and fascinating history of the Navy from 1821 to 1945, through the rich iconographic depiction of the protagonists, the ships and the sailors, who determined the history of the Navy and Greece in general. The title of the exhibition, “Meteorology of the impermanent”is a phrase from his landmark monument Admiral Koundouriotis to the ships of the Fleet a few minutes before the start of the naval battle of Elli. It is the phrase that although it was said during the victorious Balkan Wars, it also describes the courage of the burlotters of ’21, but also the self-denial of the crews of the Greek warships of 2.ου World War II.
This exhibition comes as a continuation of the modular exhibition “Adventures of Lieutenant Nikos Votsis – Torpedo Fetish Bulent” and “Balkan Wars 1912-1913” which he successfully organized the Association “ParalosIn October and November of 2021.
