political journalist
“Mr. Kraus is a political journalist, responsible for reporting on the daily life of an election campaign,” explains Claudine Lambert. It’s a fierce and funny look at the facts and misdeeds of a leader, his campaign and his great art of manipulation, particularly through speech. »
Tavares observes “a politician does not read books”. In the best case it reads the titles. With people, he does the same! »
Karl Kraus, in whom he is interested, was born in 1874 in Vienna. After studying law and philosophy, he became a pamphleteer journalist.
The reading at the Echo du Robec is provided by Stéphane Dambry, Patrice Lecomte, Didier Magenham, Brigitte Valin and Claudine Lambert who was responsible for the layout. A permanent faithful of the Darnétalais scene, this former math teacher, passionate about theater and literature, has set herself the mission of spreading words and giving people a taste for books. For the 10th anniversary of her company, she is cooking up a show for November made up of readings with several voices, music and choral singing.
