Tarmac Aerosave is recruiting 150 people, 30 positions offered in Toulouse

Aircraft maintenance and storage company Tarmac Aerosave is recruiting 150 people for its three sites. Positions are to be filled in all its specialties (storage, maintenance, recycling), with 50 positions in Tarbes and 30 in Toulouse-Francazal, the remaining 70 positions concerning the Teruel site in Spain.
All types of contract are offered, with many permanent contracts. Detailed job descriptions will be published on the Tarmac Aerosave during the year, with the first ones already online.
Shortage of mechanics
The acceleration of aeronautical activity after the coronavirus crisis is leading to a shortage of mechanics in the sector. The company’s expertise in storage and dismantling has provided it with significant activity, Tarmac Aerosave now wants to support itself to accompany the relay in the sector.
“Our processes are becoming industrialized, our sites are expanding, our customers are asking for the delivery of their assets and manufacturers are announcing the return of giant orders. Those trends impact the workforce of our groupthat we want to increase from 400 to 550 employees in 2022”, explains Laurence Etcheverry, the company’s human resources director.
30 jobs in Toulouse
Medium-haul storage and maintenance activities at Francazal are also affected, with 30 jobs to be filled. Business at the UN great need for aircraft mechanics and technicianswith a customer support position which will eventually be based in Toulouse.
Tarmac Aerosave will be present at the Synergie.aero show in Toulouse on April 11, where candidates will be able to meet the company.
