Rugby UISP – San Marino away to Bologna
Salvatori closes the first phase in padua
The UISP rugby championship officially closes the first phase with Sunday’s matches that see leaders Salvatori away from the Sweaty Bulls of Padua and San Marino in Bologna to face the Cinghiali del Setta. Rimini observes the rest shift.
There are actually some to be recovered; certainly we will try to complete the scoreboard, giving priority to the definition of second place, with access to the national finals.
At Saviors, everything is ready for the last match of the first part of the championship, the team already has the ticket for the finals in their pocket and will go to Padua to maintain its impressive roadmap, all victories and all with the offensive bonus. The opportunity will be used to try to further adjust the game in view of a second part of the year at a higher level.
The Sweaty Bulls this year had many problems and compared to the other years they had to go down a step in the rankings; however, they are one point behind Gurkha Rimini with whom they are competing for second place. They need heavy points and they will give their all for Sunday’s match; keeping in the fray and the ability to restart in the broken game will be the levers to seek victory.
In the other match of the day, San Marino faces the Wild Boars of the Setta in Bologna in a match within their reach; the difference will be created in the game of three-quarters where until now the tests of the boys of the Titan have always been positive.
Ranking: Salvatori 35 (7), Gurkha 14 (6), Sweaty bulls 13 (5), San Marino (4) and Cinghars of the Sect (4) 2.
