The auction of vehicles seized in Monaco has begun!
Since Monday and until April 8, 2022, the Domain Administration has been auctioning vehicles requisitioned from the public highway or reformed from the administration. The opportunity to seize great deals.
Cars, motorcycles, bicycles, found objects, Monaco launches its big annual sale, as is customary every year. But unlike the last session, the offers will necessarily be called in a sealed envelope, accompanied by a photocopy of the valid identity card (for each offer) of the person presenting the offer.
Only people residing in Monaco or in the Alpes-Maritimes could participate in this sale. Tenders should be set at a minimum of fifty euros for four-wheeled vehicles and thirty euros for two-wheeled vehicles. The State of Monaco reserves the right to impose a minimum bid for certain vehicles or to refuse the sale if the offers prove to be insufficient.
A compulsory bank check from 1500 euros
On the payment side, only payments in cash or by certified bank check will be accepted (from 1500 €, only certified bank checks will be accepted) while the removal of vehicles will be at the expense of the purchasers. With regard to the condition of the vehicles, no guarantee on the good working order of the vehicles is given and no reimbursement of the vehicles purchased will be possible.

In the event that several bids are won by the same candidate, the latter will be required to pay and collect all the vehicles, whereas only the candidates who have won one or more vehicles are informed by mail, within a maximum of three months. The removal of the vehicles will be done at the purchaser’s expense by appointment only with the representatives of the Fourrière (93.15.30.85) and within a maximum period of 20 working days from the date of the letter of acceptance of their proposal.

Two-wheeled vehicles: Piagio (Zip, Vespa, X10, Beverly 250 IE), Sym, Yamaha, Neco, Aprilia, Kymco, Gilera, Bullit…

Please note that the deadline for submitting tenders is set for Friday, April 8, 2022 at 12 p.m. and that tenders must be submitted exclusively in the mailbox provided for this purpose, located in the entrance hall of the building located at 24, rue du Gabian.
