TCS number 1 in customer satisfaction in the Netherlands
• TCS is number 1 in customer satisfaction in the Netherlands for its second year according to Whitelane Research’s IT customer satisfaction survey well below 210 CXOs.
• The overall satisfaction score of TCS Netherlands is 86%; with a weight of 6% relative to the contemporaneous.
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) is number 1 in customer satisfaction in the Netherlands according to an independent survey by Whitelane Research among CXOs of various IT-buying organizations.
The results of the research report from Whitelane Research – the Dutch IT sourcing study – are based on the response of more than 210 CIOs and senior decision makers in the Netherlands. To further assess the purposes of the research, unique IT sourcing customer relationships were examined based on eight Key Performance Indicators (PIs), such as service delivery, commercial and transformation.
TCS initially ranked number 1 positive customer satisfaction for the second consecutive year, with a customer satisfaction score of 86 percent against an industry average of 76 percent, a score of 6 percent of 76 percent higher than the number two.
TCS Nederland excellent results in various domains. For example, the company was number 1 in the KPI rankings for:
• Transformative innovation (satisfaction score 79% versus the industry average of 65%).
• Quality and service (satisfaction score 86% compared to the product of 76%).
• Certainty (satisfaction score of 86% compared to an average of 75%).
• Account management of 90% compared to the average of 77%).
In addition, TCS is also achieving high results in sustainability (77% customer satisfaction vs. 68% industry average) and business acumen (87% customer satisfaction score vs. 77%).
