“We are stronger than the terrorists”, says Emmanuel Macron
Ten years after the terrorists of Toulouse and Montauban, Emmanuel Macron and his rewarded counterpart, Isaac Herzog, pay tribute to the victims of the attacks of Mohamed Merah, this Sunday, March 20, in Toulouse. The terrorist killed seven people, including Jewish children.
After the moving speeches of the families and loved ones of the victims of the massacre at the Ozar Hatorah Jewish school in Toulouse on March 19, 2012, the President of the Republic paid tribute to the victims of the terrorist Mohamed Merah, recalling his murderous journey, in Toulouse and Montauban, from March 11 to 19.

“Through them, our whole country was hit”said Emmanuel Macron during this tribute ceremony, recalling that “We are here for Imad, Abel, Mohammed, Jonathan, Arie, Gabriel and Myriam” and “we are stronger than the terrorists”
Fight against anti-Semitism
“Anti-Semitism and anti-Zionism are the enemies of the Republic”, launched Emmanuel Macron in particular, recalling the various actions adapted since the beginning of his five-year term to fight against anti-Semitism. A determination common to France and Israel, he said, adding that “Together, we are determined to annihilate anti-Semitism, including that which hides under the mask of anti-Zionism.”.
