The msemen, a culinary specialty of the Maghreb is the main product of this fast food Toulouse. Since January 2022, a card rather mediterranean is offered at 3 rue Baour Lormian by three partners: Clément, Tarek and Nassim.
From the Maghreb via Greece
It’s through a mediterranean map that this new restaurant has composed its menus. The msemen, flagship product, can be made with a wide selection of pickled vegetables. That’s not all, a Greek Mezze is also offered on the menu with nearly a dozen different ingredients. To this list is added a bowl of rice that customers make up with pickled vegetables of their choice and at will!
And good news for vegetarians, the restaurant offers a vegan menu including falafels. Only chicken meat is served and of course, it is cooked at a different location. Some oriental desserts and more “classics” are equally to be found on the restaurant’s Facebook page who provided his card.
“Initially, no meat was cooked in the restaurant but we received a strong demand to serve it. Chicken is therefore offered on the menu but it is obviously cooked elsewhere”.
A menu at attractive prices
This new toulouse restaurant offer several formulas for its three specialties. Only one formula is proposed for 6€90, a second formula 9€90 consists of a drink as well as a dessert and finally for 11€90 drink, dessert and potatoes will be served with.
