Gergő Havasi became Hungary’s first Ambassador for Sleep
The aim of the international event related to the astronomical equinox is to draw the attention of nations, countries, organizations, institutions and all people to the importance of quality sleep, its social, health and societal aspects.

The international program of the World Sleep Society (World Association of Sleep Medicine) covering more than 70 countries was organized in Hungary by the Hungarian Sleep Association, on the topic: How does the world sleep after the pandemic, in the shadow of the war?
He spoke to neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, sleep researchers and other experts about public health prevention, the amount and timing of sleep required, sleep disorders, pandemic-sleep-depressive relationships, the latest melatonins in the field of exercise, the role of sleep.
