INFO THE DEPECHE. Toulouse: murder and trafficking in Izards, two new suspects indicted
Two new suspects were indicted this Friday, March 18 in a murder committed in September 2020 and in a case of laundering and importing narcotics linked to the Izards district. These two individuals were detained in.
Under the orders of the Toulouse investigating judges, the judicial police continue to carry out their investigations which are indicated, in particular, on the decryption of a computer server. Server which allowed access to thousands of conversations between traffickers and thugs all over France. Thursday two individuals have already been indicted for an “organized gang murder” committed on August 28 in Toulouse, in the Izards district.
This Friday, two new presentations took place at the Toulouse courthouse. A 35-year-old man, of Dutch nationality, was indicted for having “directed or organized a group whose object is the import, export, transport, detention, offer, transfer, illicit acquisition or use of narcotics”. A criminal qualification punishable by life imprisonment which is added to a file opened, at the start, for money laundering. A first in Toulouse which we will see if it resists the instruction. Sentenced for a simple “receiving” several years ago, this man whose little brother has long distinguished himself on one of the biggest deal points at La Reynerie, was placed in detention.
Justice suspects him of having supplied drugs, in particular cannabis, to the Izards district. And cocaine? Decrypted recordings would put him in touch with Colombia. To supply Toulouse? His defender, Me Alexandre Parra-Bruguière wishes to read the file “in detail” before speaking.
Killed in his car
Another indictment, this time for “murder in an organized gang”, that of a 38-year-old boy, a well-known figure in the Izards district, already convicted several times. Even if he preferred to remain silent before the investigating judge and that he claims not to be involved in the murder committed at dawn on September 7, 2020, the police have elements, still decrypted conversations, which would indicate otherwise.
This suspect, placed in detention this Friday afternoon, would have even participated directly in this murder. The victim found himself in a parking lot, in the rental car of a friend who was allegedly the real target of this murder but who had been arrested three days before. His lawyer, Me Pierre Le Bonjour, did not wish to comment on this indictment.
