The artist declares that he did not want to create a bellicose or idolize. He was inspired by a quote from the resistant Ukrainian Volodymyr Zelenskywhich appears in Cyrillic characters under the work of C2015: ” I really do not want an icon of my photos in your offices, because I am neither a god, nor a, but a servant of the Nation. Instead, hang pictures of your children and look at them every time you make a decision. “.
Under the huge fresco of C215, we also discover that of the graffiti artist Bébar. a fresque also painted in support of the Ukrainian people. “It was very difficult for me to find the right words during the inauguration. Purple for the symbolic color of the fight for women’s rights and equality, but also because it is the color of the Marianne stamp for international use. We also discover the motto “Liberty, Equality, Solidarity”, defined the global outpouring of compassion for this people. And by doing a little research on the complex history of Ukraine, the artist discovered two dates of declaration of independence, proclaimed by the Rada (Higher Council) in kyiv: 1917 and August 24, 1991, that is therefore these dates which appear on the fresco. No to war, no to injustice she declares on his Instagram account.
