Covid has shaken up the world of work
The historical business of this specialized organization for 35 years has been the skills assessment, and more broadly today the support of active people (employees, job seekers, self-employed) in their professional retraining projects, development or training. Employees suffering from their job; nurses or medico-social actors who are wondering about their profession… The advisers, in the front row, see every day how much the Covid has shaken up the world of work. At the same time, there is a recurring need for labor in certain economic sectors in Haute-Savoie (hotels and restaurants, transport, construction, etc.), also aggravated by the health crisis.
“The idea of the forum that we are organizing on Tuesday March 15 at the Espace Rencontre in Annecy-le-Vieux was born from this observation, it aims to answer this questioning. It’s the first entirely dedicated to professional development and guidance”, adopt Anne-Sophie Greter.
Dedicated to all those who have asked themselves questions about their job, whether they are busy (or not), in the process (or not) of a professional transition, this forum will answer on the same platform all the actors of employment (Pôle emploi, Cap Emploi, Mission locale des jeunes, Apec, etc.), training organizations, the Chamber of Trades and Crafts, the Medef, the CCI, the construction federation BTP 74, etc. and also high-level companies.
