Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden celebrates her name day in Stockholm
Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden looked happy today during the celebration to celebrate her name day.
The occasion marked the first full return to celebration since 2019, after the event was canceled in 2020, and declined back in 2021 due to the Covid pandemic.
According to Swedish tradition, different names are associated with certain dates, and Crown Princess Victoria is celebrated on March 12.
The Swedish heir to the throne, 44, was joined by her husband Prince Daniel, 48, and their children Princess Estelle, 10, and Prince Oscar, 6, at Stockholm’s Royal Palace.

As in pre-pandemic times, the day was marked with a series of celebrations, with the arrangements revealed in a post in the official court website.
According to the post, the festivities opened at 10:45, when the southern vault opened to the courtyard. It was followed by the army music corps, the guard of honor and the main guard from K 3 who marched into the courtyard.
At 11:45, Army Music Corps played a tribute concert, which was followed at noon by a music program by Army Music Corps.
The Crown Princess then received flowers and congratulations from representatives of the Armed Forces.

Both the Crown Princess and her husband were seen bending down to talk to six-year-old Prince Oscar, who sometimes looked nervous during the performance.
The family was snapped and clapped during the event, which included a military parade and a concert performed by Army Music Corps
Crown Princess Victoria stepped out in a chic all-gray ensemble, wearing a knee-length wrap coat, gray gloves and a scarf. Her hair was swept back in her elegant fuck and her makeup was natural.
Her husband Prince Daniel complemented her look with her own stylish outfit consisting of a gray coat and scarf, over a dark suit. The children also matched in their gray clothes.
The appearance follows rumors – which have been publicly and persistently denied by the couple – that they are facing marital struggles.
Late last month, Crown Princess Victoria and her husband Prince Daniel – whom she met in the mid-2000s at the gym he used to run before joining the royal family – flatly denied “unfounded” rumors of divorce via an Instagram post.
Today’s events – the first full celebration since 2019 – included marches and music, performed by the country’s military personnel

While six-year-old Prince Oscar sometimes looked nervous during the event, his sister, Princess Estelle (pictured left), who recently turned 10, was seen beaming and waving to the crowds
The royal couple took to the social media platform over the weekend to “protect their family” and make it clear “once and for all” that the rumors are not true.
They shared a photo and wrote: ‘We have come to our knowledge that there is a widespread negative rumor about our private relationship.
“Accusations are spreading about betrayal in the relationship and an impending divorce.
“Usually we do not comment on rumors and speculation. But to protect our family, we want to make it clear, once and for all, that the rumors that are now being spread are completely unfounded.”
A few weeks ago, the Swedish royal family’s communications manager Margareta Thorgren already denied the rumors in a statement.

Posting the denial on Instagram was a rare move for the couple (pictured here at a ceremony to pay tribute to the 2021 Nobel Laureate in Stockholm City Hall)
The royal couple in the picture on their wedding day on June 19, 2010 said
In a statement to Aftonbladet on February 19, she said that the palace would not normally comment on such matters, but that the rumors had been “persistent” enough to influence the royal family.
– This is exceptional and we have not encountered this before, said Thorgren.
The Swedish royal journalist Jenny Alexandersson wrote for Aftonbladet: ‘Believe me, we have done a solid journalistic job. Had there been a divorce going on, we would have reported it. ‘
The co-newspaper Expressen claimed that they had been told that the couple would file for divorce at Solna District Court, but they said that the information turned out to be incorrect.
Margareta Thorgren said that the rumors were born from a “junk” publication, which is believed to be the tabloid newspaper Stoppa Pressarna (Stop the Press in English) and that the regular Swedish media fact-checked the allegations after they were circulated hard online.
