After Madrid, London and Dubai, Amazonico will settle in Monaco on the roof of the Café de Paris
Amazonico will take place on the top floor of the Café de Paris building, i.e. on the current floor of the Bellevue lounge, the surface area of which will be extended to 400 m2 and which will open onto a roof terrace of 1,000 m2.
In this concept of Amazonico, there is always a nightclub called the Speakeasy. Also very trendy.
“At Amazonico, in the same place, there are several atmospheres, explains Jean-Luc Biamonti. The sushi bar, the brasserie corner, the meat corner, the jazz bar… That’s what seduced us. With a very extensive menu that ranges from meat to sushi.”
“A customer magnet”
“It’s also a very festive place, a real magnet for customers. I can already imagine here, on the terrace, the weekends of the Grand Prix. When you know that last year, with restrictions, the average price per cover at Coya on the Saturday evening of the Grand Prix, it was 964 euros. There, 964 multiplied by the number of places… In my opinion, the work paid for will be in two Grand Prix weekends.”
A concept and atmosphere on the roof of the Café de Paris that will contrast with the rest of the decor.
What will the “purists” say
Cafe de Paris?
And which could raise some questions among “purists” accustomed to the Café de Paris spirit. But Jean-Luc Biamonti justifies himself: “It’s true that we wondered whether we should do it or not. But it still seems that the trend is towards its very well-known brands. In 2023, the Palm Beach [à Cannes, NDLR] reopens and they will all be there: Zuma, La Petite maison, Nammos. Same in Dubai. These are brands that are clearly magnets for customers today.”
