Electricity and heating are plugged in by managers, homeowners and tenants, without missing the “Rock” situations in the assemblies of apartment buildings, since all the above are added to the internal issues that of course exist between the tenants.
Families who really find it difficult to cope with these costs and resort to settlements, but also those who under the pretext of accuracy, energy crisis and developments in Ukraine are systematically insolvent in their visits, leaving entire buildings at a dead end.
Rentals complaining to landlords that a different amount of utilities had been agreed upon than what they were eventually asked to pay, meetings where the climate escalates with threats and insults, and residents turning off lights and turning down music when their managers ring the bell for utilities . .

“The situation in construction has been the other tragic in recent years. minimal buildings are left in the central heating. This has reduced the amount of utilities that everyone has to pay and therefore may not continue to “work”. With a lot of effort, with “hunting”, with arrangements.
There are few buildings left with oil central heating. Maybe 5%. And a 5 to 10% that have gas central heating. And they are slowly disappearing. Because not everyone can pay their dues, the bill remains unpaid or others are forced to pay more to cover defaulters or those who are unable to pay.
Therefore, we end up with the buildings not having central heating, so that everyone can do what they think with their heating. They live from there and beyond the other expenses which are small. Expenditure generally covered. There are of course those who are awkward, who are quarreling with each other in a building, but it has nothing to do with the financial crisis. There has always been a difficulty in payment, but it is related to the interiors of buildings.
In recent years, however, people come and say “I do not have to pay”. We sent 8,500 shared heating for a large building. He also had a 2,500 euro discount. That is, without the one we were talking about 10,000-10,500 costs. People find it difficult to pay.
There is a real difficulty. Everything goes back. In order to pay for the utilities to have heating I have to leave something else behind. Or if I have individual heating in order to pay for it, I leave the utilities behind. The cost of heating, electricity, travel now dries up the rest of the market. I will not go out once a week, I will go out two or three times a month. The equation is difficult and a solution will be difficult to find.
The issue with construction is that people need to understand that everyone is invited to contribute to the public. They can not be charged on behalf of others. “Buildings can not function harmoniously, when along with their internal, the existing costs and the delays in the payments are involved”.
Triple bills came
