2022 after 2017
While the candidates had until March 4 to collect the 500 sponsorships necessary to apply for the presidency of the Republic, Jean Lassalle obtained them on February 17.
The 66-year-old will therefore participate in his second presidential election, after that of 2017. Eliminated in the first round, he had finished in seventh position, with 1.21% of the votes.
