sheep and donkeys
It’s at the end of near path that sheep and donkeys occupy a large fenced area. An initiative announced by the town of Blagnac which should make it possible to reduce all mechanized maintenance and to enrich biodiversity on the Quinze-Sols site.
An initiative planned for at least three years
It is with the collaboration of the company “ABF Green Spaces” that this resolution has been implemented. Specialized in landscaping, this company managed by Jean Bernard Jolibert 25 animals available.
“Initially, donkeys were not planned, but they play a real protective role over the herd. They scare away wild boars and are real guardians”.
The company signed a three-year contract with the town of Blagnac where the animals will graze from March to November. 25 hectares have also been fenced for these new tenants who could take advantage of a large space.
