VSCONCLUSION D ‘A FIRM AGREEMENT FROM FORWARD LOCATION TO IUXEMBOURG VILLE .

ATENOR announces that an agreement has been reached between its subsidiary Cloche d’Or Development and a major Luxembourg services company with an international dimension, with a view to renting the entire campus of offices and ancillary activities to be developed on the site currently occupied by the Renault company, in the Cloche d’Or district in Luxembourg. This agreement covers a minimum period of 15 years from the provision of the buildings and was concluded under market conditions.
The buildings to be erected will total a rental area of 33,500 m². The parties have agreed that these buildings have both the highest environmental characteristics and the most demanding comfort standards. Through their thoughtful architecture and avant-garde design, they will embody the new ways of working ensuring the fulfillment and performance of employees, trends already perceptible today.
According to the will of the parties, this campus will be a landmark both for the promoter in the expression of his expertise, and for the occupier in his solution politically oriented towards his collaborators. From
the appropriate technologies will be implemented in particular for all of this development, from its design to its operation, in order to ensure its alignment with the “EU Taxonomy”, and to include it in the carbon-free economy at the ‘ ‘Horizon 2050.
The permit application will be issued during the first half of 2022. The work will begin as soon as the Renault company leaves the site, with a view to delivery of the building by July 2027 at the latest.
The outcome of this agreement very early on reflects the economic dynamism of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the resilience of its financial and real estate markets despite the crises of all kinds that the world is called upon to experience.
ATENOR confirms its intention, in accordance with its Business Model, to put this project up for sale as soon as the building authorizations have been received. It is therefore intended that this project make a contribution to the results from 2023, spread out until 2027.
