Learn to work in a team
The high school students will be randomly divided into groups, “the goal is to get them out of their comfort zone and to succeed in communicating in order to establish rolesas in the business world”, explains Véronique Gomez to The Independent Opinion.
During the day, students could benefit from the advice of several business leaders from Constituency 1700. The opportunity to coach them and instill in them team spirit, essential in the professional world. The participants will thus aim to present a project in response to the imposed theme. Their introductory speech will last 3 minutes. A short time to convince a jury of professionals. Organization and conciseness will be required.
The initiative is also supported by “Undertake to Learn Occitanie” (APE) as part of the “Mini-Company” project consisting of three courses: S (over 1 half-day or day), M (over several weeks) and L (between 6 and 10 months).
In these paths, students work in groups and think about a product and a service that they will implement.
