The evaluation obtained by Poste Italiane is the result of the examination of five parameters: female leadership and the enhancement of talents, wage equality, inclusive culture, policies for the prevention and contrast of sexual harassment and recognition as a brand that promotes gender equality. 418 companies surveyed around the world, divided into 11 production sectors with headquarters in 45 countries and a market capitalization
combined of $ 16 trillion.
In the 2022 edition, Poste Italiane further improved its result compared to last year, once again obtaining an evaluation well above the average score of the companies evaluated in the GEI.
