RB Salzburg still with corona problems before the Bayern game
After the great performance in the first leg, RB Salzburg has to deal with a few worries in the run-up to the second leg in Munich’s Allianz Arena. The corona virus broke out in the Austrian league leaders last week and the return WILL become a race against time for some players.
“Right now,” certain thoughts will come up with RB Salzburg. The surprise club of this year’s Champions League season was severely shaken by the corona-related losses and did not get past a 0-0 draw against Linzer ASK.
Salzburg still have three or four regular players not available. Under it fell loudly heaven-Indications of important players such as captain Ulmer and midfield leader Camara. In addition, a few other players are said to have problems with their fitness, which is of course not exactly to be expected five days before the Bayern match.
In addition to the corona problem, Salzburg have other injury problems to complain about. Defender Oumar Solet had to leave the field early against Linz and WILL not be available against Munich. Other key players such as Okafor (thigh injury), Onguene (malaria) and Šeško (muscular problems) are also in danger of missing out.
In terms of sport, we can only hope that the enormous personal problems will subside and that we can see an exciting Champions League match on Tuesday.
