The largest farm in France welcomes visitors until Sunday. The 58th edition of the Paris Agricultural Show is placed under the sign of reunion, after the cancellation last year because of the Covid. Among the 1,000 exhibitors present, some Poitevin producers made the trip.
To stand out in the middle of the gigantic Paris exhibition center, the Poitou brand has chosen to offer a stand in the form of a rest area. The Vienne and Deux-Sèvres stand offers visitors the opportunity to stop, sit down and discover the wealth of Poitou in a different way.
On the program: distribution of goodies and photo booth!
Poitevin beers and cheeses to taste
Among the producers who made the trip: the Montmorillon brewerywhich is its own stand for the first time.
Another success with gourmet visitors: Poitou goat cheeses. Jean-Frédéric Granger, breeder and cheese producer, based in Celle-L’Evescault, takes advantage of this opportunity to defend and develop the goat industry. He offers mothais on leaves and chabichous, as well as rillettes, terrines and goat sausage.
