FP campers only with registration at Chiemseehof

An anti-coronavirus demonstration in Chiemseehof in December now has an aftermath for the political speaker of the Salzburg FPÖ, Dom Kamper. Outside the official opening hours, he is only allowed to enter the Chiemseehof for the time being with registration.
At the time, Kamper used his employee card to open the gate to the inner courtyard of the Chiemseehof, the seat of the Salzburg state government, for the demonstrators. Around 500 demonstrators stood at the entrance to the Chiemseehof on December 1st – more about that. The gate was locked – according to the state’s property management for security reasons and because of a construction site in the inner courtyard.
According to his own statements, the political officer of the Freedom State Parliament Club, Dom Kamper, probably opened the door to the activists anyway, with his personal access card.
“Misuse of Access Authorization”
Because of this – as it is now stated in an official letter on behalf of the state office director – “abusive and unauthorized use of the access authorization” Kamper has now been revoked the authorization for the rear entrance until further notice.
Kamper strongly criticizes the measure. “This type of access restriction is an attack on opposition work, which should be defended with all our might. You have to ask yourself what will happen next – then you might lock unwelcome members of the state parliament out of the state parliament hall,” says Kamper.
“Parliamentary work of the FP not restricted”
The parliamentary work of the Freedom State Parliament Club will not be restricted by the measure, according to the relevant letter. The Chiemseehof can be entered at the main entrance during the regular opening times on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
