Under the slogan “Solidarity with Ukraine”, a concert was held on Sunday at the TVP headquarters in Warsaw in a gesture of opposition to Russia’s attack in Ukraine. Artists from Poland and Ukraine performed during the events, as well as care fees on the clothes of Ukrainians.
The concert organized by TVP and Caritas Polska began with the performance of the Ukrainian singer Julia Belea.
During the events there were also: Maryla Rodowicz, Edyta Górniak, Ryszard Rynkowski, Justyna Steczkowska, Viki Gabor, Natasza Urbańska, Rafał Brzozowski, Mikołaj Krawczyk, Filip Lato and the Ukrainian singer Oleksandra Zhuravel.
There were also new bands from Ukraine, such as: Enej, Taraka, Blue Cafe.
The ambassador of Ukraine in Poland, Andriy Deshchytsia, spoke to. He thanked Poland and the Polish people for their support. He also initiated the singing of the Polish national anthem.
“Thank you for supporting Ukraine at this time, when we are talking about times,” the ambassador said to the audience. “For four days he has been fighting with Russia, a Russia that invaded our country, attacked our country and continues. But we do not give up! We fight and I know that we will win. We will win because we hope that it believes in itself, in the Ukrainian people I’m proud of “- I am so much Rainy.

The performances of the stars were interspersed with recordings from the country besieged by the Russians. Films from the protests of solidarity with Ukraine for several days across the country were also shown.

During the events, Caritas Polska under the slogan “Aid for Ukraine” generates money for clothes and food for Ukrainian victims attacked by Russia.
The concert was organized as part of the Multiannual Program “Niepodległa”, which is in celebration of the centenary of regaining independence and from Polish statehood.
