Julia Robillard is the manager from Café Mustache in Rouen (Seine-Maritime). At the end of April, the first cat bar opened in Rouen in 2017 will close its doors and yet: “It works super well.” So why did Julia make this decision?
“It’s not sad news”
“It’s not sad news and we shouldn’t blame it on the Covid, it would be too easy…” For four years, Julia Robillard has been holding the first cat bar opened in Rouen in 2017. She says it with a broad smile in her voice: “Very frankly, it works very well. »
But then why close? The young woman warned her customers on Sunday February 27, 2022 via social networks.
There are several reasons, the first is a personal desire to change, it’s been four years now and I wanted to try something else perhaps in connection with the restoration that is close to my heart while continuing to defend the animal cause, that’s for sure,
Julia first tried to find a bigger place in Rouen, “I told myself that I could continue the adventure elsewhere, but it’s complicated to find another place. »
After four and a half years and nearly 160 cat adoptions thanks to her activity, the young woman will therefore lower the curtain, “if someone wants to take over, very frankly, you shouldn’t hesitate, it works and the place is very appreciated by customers. »
Obviously, Julia invites all those expected to come very quickly to Café Mustache for the latest adoptions, “I don’t think that at the end of April, there will be any left, but just in case, they will go back to the shelter where they are always very well received. »
