San Donato in Collina is known by the name of the country of fritters for a reason: the festival of rice fritters. This year it will be possible to taste the famous rice cake also by reservation.

At the Palazzetto dello Sport in Scandicci, this Sunday, the Disco Fair will take place, cd, new, used and collectible vinyl. Collectors and those who love good music will all be able to enjoy a free day, through music, for a journey into the magic of vinyl at 33 and 45 rpm, of MIX and CDs.

Filippo Timi returns to wear the clothes (and heels) of Favola’s 50s housewife with his new show The Invisible Man – Mrs. Fairytale. There is no turning back from happiness at the Teatro della Pergola from this Saturday.
The story narrated in “Tebas land” is that of the young parricide Martino. Starting from a series of talks between the boy and the playwright who would like to stage his story, the text gradually moves away from the documentary reconstruction of the crime to dwell on the relationship between the writer and the prisoner.

At Villa Bardini it is possible to visit the exhibition entitled Galileo Chini and European Symbolism. Over 200 pieces are exhibited including paintings, drawings, illustrations and ceramics, in a continuous succession of links and parallels between the artist and the international art that inspired him and that often was inspired by him.
Palazzo Medici Riccardi hosts until 10 March 2022 the exhibition “Benozzo Gozzoli and the Chapel of the Magi”, dedicated to the Renaissance master and his relationship with Florence.
Jenny Saville, one of the greatest living painters and leading international voice in the artistic panorama, exhibits her works in some of the most important museums in the city: Museo Novecento, Palazzo Vecchio Museum, Museo dell’Opera del Duomo, Museo degli Innocenti and Casa Buonarroti Museum. The exhibition has been extended until February 27th.
