UN MTB in the middle of the Saint-Michel prison in Toulouse, the scene calls out. Antoni Villoniprofessional mountain biker, broke into this former prison, abandoned since 2009. The 29-year-old made a video there for his YouTube channel and pushing urbex – urban exploration – to its climax. Undergroundspiral staircases, cells… Antoni Villoni’s mountain bike interferes everywhere to perform tricks.
This is not the first experience for the sportsman who has already distinguished himself for a video in the Paris catacombs. Galvanized by these feelings, Antoni went in search of an abandoned prison. “I almost visit all those in Francehe confides in The Independent Opinion. I chose the Toulouse one because it is well preservedhealthy and riding a bike there posed no risk. In addition, no video of the genre had already been shot there. ”

More challenges to come
After scouting in August, the mountain biker and his team take action December 11 and 12 last. In the early morning, the young man uses a simple ladder to pass the rampart… not far from the CCTV cameras. If his presence on the premises is illegalAntoni Villoni hammers it: “No lock was forced. I simply spotted a loophole in inaccessibility of the building”.
Since the release of his video, which totals something 20,000 views, the font did not configure. And if that were to be the case, the sportsman argued that “nothing was damaged, we left everything clean. I feel that I have done no harm to anyone, I highlight these little-known places.”
While he has already other challenges of the same kind in mind, Antoni Villoni remains discreet about their whereabouts, all the same admitting half-words that one of them could well be in the South West of France…
