Young had a crime rate of 2.36 g/l of blood alcohol.
A young man, aged 20, was detained by the PSP, in the early hours of last Friday, in Lisbon, for driving without a legal license and driving under the influence of alcohol.
In a statement, the Lisbon PSP Metropolitan Command reveals the young man was spotted by the police “sights scheme in the opposite direction”, on Avenida da Liberdade. The agents proceed to stop signaling to approach the driver, who said that he “did not have a driving license that would entitle him to structures of motor vehicles”, which led to his arrest.
Subjected to a qualitative breath test, the young man recorded a blood alcohol level of 2.36g/l.
The suspect taken to the Traffic Correspondence Division after a published test run to do, despite having been elucidated for disobedience disobedience several times.
The young man was notified for trial for the 1st judicial interrogation at the Lisbon District Court.
