Covid San Marino: 385 new cases and one death in the last week

Compared to the previous update of 7 February, unfortunately, the death of a 74-year-old Sammarinese positive for the SARS-CoV-2 virus is reported.
In the last week, 3,210 swabs were performed, compared to 385 new cases (positivity rate on a weekly basis at 11.99%), 828 recovered and 12 hospitalizations (of which 4 in ICU).
In the same period of 2021 (manamana from 8 to 14 February 2021) in the face of 170 new cases detected, there were 18 hospitalized (of which 6 in Intensive Care).
There are 10 people admitted to the hospital, of which 3 in Intensive Care and 7 in isolation rooms, while 642 people are followed at home. There are also 180 people in quarantine.
The total swabs performed were 132,336, of which 31,533 on individuals.
Anti-COVID vaccination campaign
The total number of vaccinations registered in San Marino since the beginning of the Campaign is 69,250, of which 24,039 people vaccinated with the first dose and 26,039 with the second dose or with the single dose. 51.4% of the vaccinated are female and 48.6% are male.
80.14% of the resident vaccinable population with a 5-year primary or primary immunization course completed.
19,172 people received the booster dose, equal to 63.33% of the resident population vaccinated with or over 12 years of age.
