Division 2: the Arvernes Boars lose a short head against Marseille (2-4)
So many regrets for the Arvernes Boars this Saturday evening. Michal Divisek and his men lost 4-2 at home against Marseille, placed in the soft underbelly of the championship.
Suspense in the last moments
Everything had however started well for the Auvergnats, who opened the score through Théo Vialatte, in the 14th minute. It is only the second time this season that the Clermontois lead the score at the start of the game. The Boars won the first period 1-0, and could believe in their chances of success.
But the Auvergne hockey players fell back into their crossings at the start of the second third, with Marseille equalizing after 55 seconds, by Maslovskis (1-1). The Phocaeans represented the thread of their match, scoring again twice thanks to Makarov (27th, 31st).

premium The Boars Arvernes hope to see the end of the tunnel, this Saturday, against Marseille
But, mentally, captain François Faure reduced the gap to the score for the locals just before the end of the third (40th). A third third full of suspense saw the Marseillais make the break in the dying seconds by Ruotsalainen (4-2, 60th).
The Clermontois lost for the 19th time this season, in twenty games, and are in last place in the championship, far behind Montpellier, 12th with 17 points, against 2 for the Boars.
