The injection records of the Toulouse vaccinodrome are just a distant memory. After appearing from April 7 to October 23, 2021, hall 8 had closed in the face of falling demand. 1,000 injections per day
It was considered one of the largest vaccination centers in Europe with almost 10,000 vaccinations per day at the height of the pandemic. But the recordings of injections from before are no longer what they are. It is the town hall of Toulouse which now manages the site, formerly under the leadership of the University Hospital of Toulouse. The municipality confirmed to The Independent Opinion the drop in attendance at the main Ramier centre.
“The rate of vaccinations at the vaccinodrome is established at 1,000 injections per day opening”. A phenomenon which is explained by the improvement of the health situation in the department.

“While receding fifth wavethe vaccine device of the Town Hall of Toulouse adapts to the evolution of the epidemic of Covid-19″, explains the municipality.
According to figures from Public health France, 1,060,587 people have so far received at least one dose of the vaccine. This represents 77.3% of the population of the department, according to Covid tracker. For the time being, hall 8 of the Toulouse vaccinodrome remains open on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Meet on the platform Keldoc.
