At the Toulouse Children’s Hospital, non-striking employees suffer unfounded salary deductions
And yet, following the unlimited strike movement which has affected the Children’s Hospital for a month now, around thirty agents have seen their pay slips substantially reduced. Indeed, during the first week of the conflict, from January 11 to 18, these staff who work part-time (80% or 50%) saw deductions of 70 to 140 euros, corresponding to one day or two days. during which they did not work during that week.
These days, noted in the schedule as “partial rest”, were prevented as a day of strike by the management… “We had never seen this before in memory of a trade unionist, indignant Julien Terrier, of the CGT of the CHU . The agents in question appealed, but these withdrawals were confirmed by the administration, it was indeed a fallacious retaliation measure in the face of a strike action. »
Embarrassed at the corners, the management of the CHU did not deny but did not wish to comment. She also did not communicate on the number of strikers. To date, no claim, particularly in terms of recruitment, has been satisfied. As a result, the social movement continues at the children’s hospital.
