The Toulouse Métropole landlord had to commit nearly 2.6 million euros in 2021 to complete the rehabilitation of the Les Ferrets residence in the Les Pradettes district, west of the Pink City. The work is now complete. New accommodations will be considered on Friday February 11.
“After buying this residence, Toulouse Métropole Habitat undertook to find the technical solutions and carry out the necessary work to ensure the comfort of the tenants both in winter and summer and to reduce the costs linked to consumption. of energy. It is now chosen done,” says the lessor in a press release.
The concerns encountered by the tenants of the 38 apartments of the Les Ferrets residence have been mentioned several times in the media. The latter were particularly confronted with problems of heating and thermal comfort. The accommodations managed by Patrimoine SA were very energy intensive.
The rehabilitation work was completed at the end of 2021. The energy label thus goes from E to B. The tenants’ bill should be divided by three or four.
