In Toulouse, Bleexo plans to double its workforce in 2022
Bleexo, the Toulouse start-up specializing in human resources, will continue to grow in 2022. “We already have just over 150 customers in forty countries. We target companies that have between ten employees and ten thousand collaborators, ”explains Stéphane Waller, its CEO. “There were ten of us a year ago. We are thirty today, and we plan to double our workforce this year by recruiting thirty employees. And the company does not intend to stop there, since it is aiming for 150 employees in 2023. A progression that Stéphane Waller denies owing to the pandemic. “It complicated internal recruitment, but also sales. The companies we have been supporting for two years have had less time for projects. However, it accelerated the digital transformation and the realization that the world of work had changed,” he concedes, however.
Ten positions to be filled immediately
Established at At Home, Bleexo recruits “all profiles”, both salespeople and business developers, customer success, front and backend developers, people for marketing or support functions “at all levels”. “We will integrate juniors as intermediate profiles or directors. For the company, it is a question of establishing its growth, but also of creating it. These positions are at Bac +5 level, provided that the company does not focus on diplomas in its recruitments. It is attentive to the human qualities of the candidates, which must be adapted to the values of the company. “We are looking for simple, serious, robust and ‘coachable’ people. Then, depending on the trades, we will obviously pay attention to skills. For the sales professions, for example, we have an internal school which allows them to be acquired. »
Bleexo highlights its strengths for hiring: employees are shareholders, the company is located in the city center or the possibility of teleworking. “We are also a company which is internationalising, experiencing strong growth”, welcomes Stéphane Waller.
Ten positions are to be filled immediately, but the rest of the recruitments will be staggered throughout the year. The CEO recommends that people do not hesitate to send their CV, even if they do not find offers corresponding to their profiles on the site.
