The “Leaders P8” forum at the AS Monaco Performance Center
This Friday, February 4, AS Monaco hosted the “Leaders P8” forum at the Performance Center, an event which brought together some of the most recognized managers in the world of sport.
Arsène Wenger, Toto Wolff, Dave Brailsford… a dozen great sports managers were present this Friday at La Turbie to participate in the “Leaders P8” forum, which was also attended by Vice-President and General Manager Oleg Petrov and Sports Director Paul Mitchell.
A meeting optimized for performance
Organized jointly by AS Monaco and sports leaders, a benchmark in connecting leaders in the world of sport and publishing content in this sector, the day’s event focused on performance. Coming from various backgrounds (football, cycling, automobile, sailing, etc.), the participants were able to discuss the subject, share their rich experiences, but also discuss the new practices of tomorrow, through various round tables and work sessions.
Guided by James Bunce, Director of Performance, the guests also visited the building of the AS Monaco Performance Center, the whole of which will be delivered this summer.
Before being presented with a souvenir, everyone posed for a photo on the roof of the building.
When I was at AS Monaco, we were already talking about transforming La Turbie into a modern center. It took time but the result is fantastic: this Performance Center is a gem. It’s a chance for the players to be able to work here, train, progress.

“The welcome from AS Monaco was wonderful. The center is fantastic, it was a very good opportunity for all our participants to discover this place and the people who use it (staff, players).
