A collection of signatures, organized by Comites, to ask Italy to recognize Sputnik
The Russian vaccine has not yet managed to enter the good graces of Europe and Italy. Without the recognition of Ema and Aifa, the two regulatory bodies of the drug, I Russian they cannot access any activity in the peninsula. The latest case that has created controversy is the fashion show of Pitti Uomo in Florence, from 11 to 13 January: “The absence of Russian buyers is a serious economic damage – accuses Gino Sabatinipresident of the Marche Chamber of Commerce – this is a national question. The recognition of Sputnik by Italy would be a great first step towards a decisive market for fashion ”. The deputy from the Marche region of the Brothers of Italy also spoke on the same topic, Lucia Albanowho in a question to the Minister of Health Speranza asked to speak “on the issue of entry from Russia and the Sputnik vaccine, finding a solution as soon as possible”.
The question also affects the San Marino citizens and Italians residing on the Titan vaccinated with Russian serum, since the exemption granted to them will expire on 28 February. Thus, without hoping for further extensions, the Comite of San Marino went straight to the point and set one up petition at the Atlante shopping center, which has just ended, to ask the Italian government to recognize Sputnik. A need reaffirmed by several voices.
“From our Italian fellow citizens – he illustrates Alessandro Amadeipresident of the Comites of San Marino -, but also by those of San Marino, who do not consider it right to inoculate doses of vaccine other than Sputnik. The latter has a high efficacy rate, has been scientifically proven, and a low adverse event rate. It will be an important reminder that we will give to the Italian government. We think that the recognition of Sputnik can take place in a short time. “With the acceptance of this petition, the vaccinated Sput could circulate freely in Italy and access the various activities and services open to the public.
