The first management action on the ground to end the tax scheme known as Monte Branco of a target that the investigated cases considered a priority: the arrest of the fortune of Ricardo Arcos Castro, then 44 years old, born in Switzerland (and with Spanish nationality) , and who lived part of the year in Portugal, in a condominium in the municipality of Cascais.
