Tips on the best photo locations between the Alps and Vienna
The Rheinwerk Verlag has launched a new book, “Photographing Austria – The Best Photo Locations between the Alps and Vienna”. This is aimed at photographers who want to photograph Austria from different angles. The 312-page work by the authors Rainer Mirau and Arnold Schaffer provides information on selected locations. Among other things, on the coordinates, the journey, the best times of the year for recordings and the optimal equipment.
The total of 13 chapters of the book deal with certain regions and die locations to be found here. The first chapter deals with motifs from Vorarlberg to the Lechtal, the second the Inntal and the surrounding area and the third chapter the Großglockner and the Hohe Tauern. Then the best photo spots in the Salzburger Land, in the Lungau and Ennstal as well as in the Kalkalpen and the Salzatal will be discussed. Other regions include the Salzkammergut, Graz and southern Styria, the Waldviertel and the Wachau. The last two chapters deal with Vienna, the Vienna Alps and the eastern flatlands.
The book “Photographing Austria – The best photo locations between the Alps and Vienna” is being offered by Rheinwerk Verlag for a price of 39.90 euros as a printed book, the e-book costs 35.90 euros.
