The Café de Paris will temporarily move to the Salle Empire in Monaco
The Café de Paris will close. Long live the Café de Paris! By swinging from one side of the Place du Casino to the other, the legendary brasserie will experience a first-rate temporary adventure from March 2022 to April 2023.
The Salle Empire was chosen for its legendary terrace and the view it offers on the Place du Casino. It is certainly a great idea.
The faithful of the brewery can therefore be reassured: there is no question of forgetting the Café de Paris which is for the Société des Bains de Mer the symbol of its identity. “The Café de Paris Monte-Carlo (CDPMC) brand therefore continues, underlines the SBM. It is part of the DNA of Monaco and the SBM. It is exported to Macao with our partner Galaxy and it is even present at the Monaco 360 ° Pavilion in Dubai at Expo 2020. “
The establishment will therefore move at the end of February and the works will begin at the beginning of March.
Only the limonadiers activity will continue on the Place du Casino, with the same staff.
On the social level, the SBM emphasizes that “All staff will remain in post. With the exception of the lemonade, all employees will be transferred to Salle Empire.”
In the setting of the Salle Empire, which has been listed as a historic monument for over a century, the spirit of the Café de Paris will be preserved: same furniture, same service, same staff uniforms.
The Café de Paris will therefore be open from noon to 2 a.m. The menu will be adapted to the new configuration but will remain faithful to the concept of the brewery.
Entrance will be through the door located at the corner of Maison Cartier.
