Cracow. Perspective: the border, the debate on the humanitarian crisis
Since the spring of 2021, there has been a humanitarian crisis at the border of Poland and Belarus, known as the hybrid war against Poland and the European Union. The use of migrants, the spreading of disinformation and propaganda was necessary in order to stabilize the situation in this Europe, and for the continuation of such exchange, unprecedented. Łukasz’s moderation of the human network is a cynical act aimed at the ideological cooperation of Europe in the Charter of Fundamental Rights.
Organizers wishing to consider whether the entity of the Polish state, including the “information strategy”, plays a role. Is it adequate to the threats? Does it have the desired effect? To the questions about the position of the European Union and the strategy in the European strategy: How to be in the migration policy of Poland and Europe in an inevitable number of points.
The dramatic events of everyday life on the eastern side of Poland, without losing sight of other places on the world map, constituting the basis for waging a moral war, questions about an optional visa on the values.
We want to learn about it by listening to a variety of positions, including listening to the experiences of migrants.

Afganka, a Cracovian for 35 years. A graduate of Political Sciences and Journalism at the Jagiellonian University. She has worked as a translator for various institutions and media. He cooperates with the Halina Nieć Legal Aid Center in Krakow, Salam Lab, Granica Group, Wolno Nam Foundation and Empowering Children Foundation. He acted for the benefit of people living in Krakow.
Marcin Mamoń
Activist of anti-communist organizations. Documentary film director, producer. He worked, among others in Syria, Iraq, Ukraine, Chechnya. You need to organize Reporters Without Borders. In 2020, he took the position of the Deputy Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to Georgia in the rank of First Secretary. Involved in helping the Chechen people.
Fr. Mieczysław Puzewicz
Graduate of Theology at the Catholic University of Lublin. Initiator of the Catholic Youth Association, founder of the Volunteer Center in Lublin and a member of the presidium of the Main Council for Social Readaptation and Aid to Convicts at the Ministry of Justice. In 1997-2011 he was the spokesman for Archbishop Józef Życiński. Until 2017, he also managed the broadcasting station of the Lublin Archdiocese – Radio eR.
Marta Górczyńska
Lawyer dealing with the protection of human rights. For years, it has achieved, among others with the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights and the La Strada Foundation. She has worked as a national expert for the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. Author and co-author of publications, articles and textbooks on refugee and migration issues. PhD student at the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw.

Art critic, lecturer at the UP at the Faculty of Art; we will present a work of art in the context of the meeting, including works by: Dominik Leyman, Łukasz Skąpski, Alek Janicki, Łukasz Surowiec.
