Warsaw. Empty Służewiecka Valley. POW tunnel opening effect
A few days ago it was one of the most congested streets in Warsaw. On Thursday afternoon in the Służewiecka Valley there is no need to find a cork. – The street is completely passable both ways. Until the opening of the open tunnel of the Warsaw Bypass – assesses the reporter tvnwarszawa.pl.
It must be made a reservation that on Thursday before Christmas, traffic in almost the entire city is lower than usual. – Trasa Łazienkowska is less congested than usual at this time. Aleje Jerozolimskie, Gdański Bridge, and Prymasa Tysiąclecia Avenue are all passable. There are also no traffic jams on the exit roads from the city. Pusto is also in the Służewiecka Valley – described the reporter of tvnwarszawa.pl Artur Węgrzynowicz.
No corrections of the latter location – his – their – current results not only from a more general place, but above all from the fact that the General Tunnel of the Warsaw Bypass in Ursynów was opened on Monday.
– After cars in the German POW tunnel, the traffic in the Służecka Valley continues. On Thursday, at 4.30 pm, it is completely passable both ways: there are no traffic jams, one cycle of lights is enough for all of them to pass through the intersection with Nowoursynowska or the earliest innovative alley Wilanowska – reported Wacłagrzynowicz.
– It has passed since the opening of the tunnel to be able to start using POW, than to drive into the always jammed Valley – summed up.

The tunnel is open
The new tunnel in Ursynów is 2,335 meters long. But the entire POW 4.6 kilometer commissioned on Monday – from Puławska to the future Warszawa Wilanów (Przyczółkowa). Drivers can also use half-junctions: Ursynów Zachód (entry to the intersection of Płkowicka and Indira Gandhi) and Ursynów Wschód (intersection of Płkowicka and Rosoła). The Ursynów tunnel was the missing ring road. A year ago, road builders completed a 15-kilometer section of the same route with meters: Warszawa-Wilanów, Wał Miedzeszyński, Patriotów and Lubelska and the Anna Jagiellonka Bridge on the Vistula.
