A one-stop shop to welcome aid to renovate in Toulouse
For owner-occupants or financial backers, there are many existing aids to support energy renovation. Follow the guide with Rénov’Occitanie.
For the private owner, the various aids for energy renovation can appear like a forbidding regulatory scrub. If he types “aid for energy renovation” on an internet search engine, his voice is attacked by advertising sites (often false) who want to sell him such type of renovation for zero euros.
There is now a one-stop-shop and independent, public, which groups together all the aid and details the conditions for obtaining it (the aid is often linked to income conditions for owner-occupiers but not for owner-lessors). This counter is called Rénov’Occitanie and depends on the Occitanie region
. This site (formerly Info Energy) presents technical solutions, financial aid and REE craftsmen (recognized guarantors of the environment).
The novelty is the possible trip to the private individual of a specialist, commissioned by the region or the department, to carry out a complete energy audit (90 euros). Rénov’Occitanie can also support energy renovation from A to Z. And the owner can obtain a loan from the region (at 1% or 1.5% via the European Bank) up to 75,000 euros, to finance a global renovation improved the energy classification of housing.
There are national aids set up by the state, such as MaPrim’Rénov and EEC energy saving certificates (which obliges energy suppliers to save money). There is also aid from Anah (national housing improvement agency) within the framework of the Habiter Mieux Sérénité program, from the Occitanie region (eco-check from 1000 to 5000 euros if housing BBC) and from Toulouse Métropole. The most modest owners can obtain aid covering up to 80% of the expenses under certain conditions.
