An investment for over four billion zlotys

The total cost of the construction of three sections of S2, a part of the POW, is approximately PLN 4.6 billion, of which nearly PLN 1.7 billion will be allocated to co-financing the program from the European Union under the program and the environment.
Delayed tunnel
The opening of the tunnel under Ursynów was postponed many times. At the end of September, we wrote about the faulty surface. It was about “no frost resistance required” on the 400-meter long outside the tunnel. Contractor site site repair work at his own expense.
Initially, all activities, activities based on the state, may be commissioned in 2020. However, it was only in which year, just before Christmas, that two episodes were created: from the Lublin section to Przyczółkowa.
In the case of the Ursynów tunnel, you will finish all the time by the end of March, more than enough to complete the works by 2021. The reason for, among other things, a long procedure is to issue a permit for investment in the facilities. Then the investor declared that we would drive the tunnel in the second place in 2021, which we also failed to meet.
On the last line, it was also necessary to send the master for repair by a warranty in Portugal. This, in turn, was a few times that the firefighters did not pick up the tunnel.
