Toulouse. The Cinémathèque junior festival returns for a 3rd edition
The Toulouse Cinémathèque kicks off its festival for young audiences on Saturday, December 18. It runs until December 22.
Film culture is acquired from an early age. The Toulouse Cinémathèque is launching this Saturday, December 18 the third edition of its festival for young audiences: La Cinémathèque junior en fête. The meeting is held until December 22. The room devoted to the seventh art promises “five days of creation workshops, special screenings and activities at the Toulouse Cinémathèque around cinema”.
For this festival, the film library offers to see or re-watch timeless works on the big screen, such as “Aladdin”. Two films will even be accompanied live by musicians. This will be the case for “The mechanic of the general” and “Fantastic silent!” “. It will also be possible to talk to a magician about films by Georges Méliès during “L’espatrouillante conference: The fantastic adventures of Méliès”.
Finally, several workshops are offered during the festival La cinémathèque junior en fête. The room proposes in particular to “give life back to Chaplin in the company of a professional of the animation cinema (” Charlot on the ring “) or to carry out a large format poster for the screening of” Aladdin “” which will be screened.
