Toulouse: after the fire which destroyed their offices, Indigo Weel employees “determined to resume” their activity
After the fire which destroyed the company’s premises on December 14 in Colomiers, Indigo Weel is determined to continue its activity in Toulouse. A point will be made in January 2022.
The company Indigo Weel, which had deployed its self-service bikes and scooters in Toulouse in 2018, suffered a blow. During the night of December 13 to 14, the warehouse that housed the vehicle maintenance and scooter battery recharging workshop in Colomiers burned down.
“Several several vehicles inside” burned down, the company told “La Dépêche du Midi” today. An investigation has been opened, and “no leads” are privileged. “No injuries are to be deplored and the first environmental studies have detected no trace of pollution in the surroundings”.
The operations of withdrawal of the scooters and completed “at the end of next week”
Indigo Weel teams are hard at work removing bikes and scooters from the streets of Toulouse. “These operations will be completed by the end of next week”, indicates the management.
The company, already looking for new premises, is “determined” to continue to offer the service to the inhabitants of Toulouse, “despite the current interruption”. A point will be made “during January” to specify “the date of resumption and the terms”.
