Hurry: stop this driver so as not to scatter
Lynda Pausé, personal development coach, explains the drivers. These are binding messages. They are worn by our parents and end up being engraved in us. Obviously, we are all held back or at least conditioned by a few dominant drivers. They constitute our personality. Today zoom on the fifth and last driver: Hurry!
If this driver is too present, then you are still chasing time. You try to do everything within a time limit, which is often too limited. It’s what makes you feel like you’re always in the action. You are looking for a form of recognition through this. Among your most entrenched fears: lack of time, money and ultimately constant insecurity.
Unfortunately, if the “Hurry up” driver is too present, you may end up being overworked. You will also tend to delay taking action and rush to the last minute.
Lynda Pausé’s advice on slowing down

also to delegate. We all need a helping hand and good support.
Also, allow yourself to make one choice after another. Just because you won’t be running doesn’t mean you’re not productive! You also have the right to take advantage of time off.
These are small, simple gestures, habits to be established. This will allow you to enjoy a more ecological pace of life. You will also gain serenity and wisdom!
